To all potential customers!
Please avoid ordering from Reolink directly, if you care about your money and time! You will end up in endless emails with Customer Service (non UK based), trying to get a refund address, which will be still incorrect and your parcel will be stuck somewhere in a middle of UK! After 20ish emails, and weeks of wasted time contacting Reolink and courier, I do not have neither my money or cameras I paid for! Submitted a formal complaint and will be taking this matter further! Please avoid!

extremely bad customer service , no phone number EVEN NO email , i purchased RLK8-800B4 $480. no receipts, no confirmation email. but charged me $ 480 to my bank account . that is crazy!! They are liar, they post USA flag in their website and said they ship from USA , That is fake . i dont know why big company lie like this , but they have good product based one the YouTube reviews

Although I own some Reolink products that work well, I recently purchased a WiFi camera directly from Reolink which did not perform as I expected. (Upon further review, the company sold me an out-arguably of-date unit with a history of problematic connectivity issues.)
Returning the device was a NIGHTMARE. Firstly, I was compelled to pay for return shipping. Furthermore, the company sent me convoluted instructions (written in broken English) on how to "properly" return the product. After sending the unit, they informed me that I didn't follow the correct instructions saying, "You didn't use the correct RMA number. In this case, the parcel will be defined as belongs to nobody then destroyed." I replied, "I don't care if didn't follow your instructions to the letter. If this process is so damn important to you, why don't you have a 21-century product return program?" The moral of the story - do NOT purchase anything directly from this manufacturer. Their products are okay but their service is TERRIBLE as you might not get a refund. (I paid using Paypal - I'm expecting they will refund my money regardless. If they don't, I'll be filing another complaint with them.)
I bought a webcam RLC-410-5MP directly from Reolink but Postnord lost it (not the first time!). Postnord didn't tell us until 3 weeks later and then it was to late to get any compensation. Reolink still sent a new camera free of charge that was super easy to install and works flawlessly. World class supplier!
Reolink sent my package UPS SurePost. Delivery failed at the UPS-USPS handoff. Package shows delivered by UPS but USPS tracking shows never received from UPS. When I asked Reolink for help with a claim, they gave me two middle fingers and stopped answering emails. So, I'm out on a $500 order.
Update: Nice reply, Reolink. And a complete falsehood..
I has ordered Reolink Camera Security out door trough Kogan.com, they’re sent to me the Tracking number is wrong and order never come with to many times contact and Request. No answer and respond. Never buy from Reolink again,very poor service Order number AANMPEQ9
This company is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want to return a product, they just Ignore you and hope you go away. They have NO Intention of ever paying you back. We, as of today, that is gonna change!

Had the cameras with solar panels for about a months and they seem to last as long as you set the sensivity and time of day so it isn't being set off a lot.
I have 4 cameras. All wireless. All outdoors.
They work well. Detection is good. Picture is clear. They all have solar panels so I don't have to worry about batteries. I have only used support via email and they were responsive and helped me on the 1st try.
I have had 5 cameras in operation for more than 2 years. All have worked perfectly except 1 that failed. Customer service was very responsive and since it was within warranty a replacement was sent to me the same day. Very happy overall and I recommend.
Bought and installed a POE NVR system, upgraded it with 2 wireless cameras and everything has been working great, there were some issues with a particular firmware update but since they release updates regularly the issues cleared up in the next update, overall happy with the system and would buy again.
Very disappointed in their NVR support and extremely slow customer service. Purchased 3 NVR within last year and then they released a new NVR hardware number marketed under the same name and model which supports newer features.
This is extremely unfair so newer cameras released features do not work with older models.
I have over 10 people using the same old NVR under the same model number also Una me to use these features and one NVR that reolink made useless due to a buggy firmware update.
